How to debug this: "Wrong version of run-time dll" ?

Hello,
User trying to install my program has the following error given by
WindowsXP:
"Wrong version of run-time dll".

Setup program is created by Setup Wizard from vbasic 5.
What can be wrong? How to debug that problem?
