You may need to use a real news client, like <cough> OE.  I wouldn't think
the web interface supports that, but I could be surprised on that account.

I think the Google groups web interface supports cross posting, multiple
groups seperated by a semicolon (;).  Not 100% sure though since I use a
news client.

I can't believe I'm answering a question about that godforsaken Web
interface, but I knew I'd seen in the past that it did support cross-posting
if you looked for it, so the answer is: click the Advanced Options link and
then type in the full group name (like microsoft.public.vb.syntax). I would
assume you separate multiple groups with commas. I do not know if you have
to include the group you're currently in or if that will be added by
default.
