Extracting icons from frx file

I have some icons that I used in a VB6 program several years ago and I'd
like to use the same icons in a newer C# windows forms app. I haven't been
able to find the icons which are common icons for a document imaging
applications. Is there a way to extract icons from an frx file? I see a
reference to them in the frm file.
