Can anyone recomend a good help websites for beginer visual basic.

Depends on what you want to do with VB...and what version of VB you're
using.  For example, many sites are dedicated to using the Win32API within
VB6 and under. Other sites are dedicated to using data access within VB6 and
under. Still other sites are "general" for VB6 and under while other sites
focus on "VB.NET" (something that is really totally different from VB6 and
under).

Probably the best thing you can do is go to your local bookstore and browse
various books about VB.  Pick one (maybe 2 if you have the money) and buy
it.

Other than that, you need to be clearer about what version of VB you're
interested in and what kind of programming you want to do.
