Automatic FTP Authentication and Upload

Hello!

    I have need to make my Windows Application be able to 1) login and
authenticate to an FTP site 2) upload a file to that site (file name will
vary, so i need to pass the filename parameter along) and 3) be able to
return a success/failure message to the user.   I'm using Visual Studio.net

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
