Just spent 5 minutes trying to find the right forum to put this questions
in--so I hope I have a good one.

We just need to know if we can use the the print server migration tool 3.1
to migrate network printers from one domain to another--both in the same
forest.

Both servers are running Windows Server 2003 with the latest SP.
