Internet Error message - Can't create object instance

I continue (every 2 seconds) to get an Microsoft error pop up saying
"can't create object instance" -

Only get it when I'm in an accounting program. I click it off and it
keeps popping back up instantly. Does anyone know what this is and
hoew to stop it. Thanks

It's a problem w/ the accounting program -- talk to the vendor of that
program.
