I have a Webcontrol that is not accesable sometimes on another page code
behind cs file.  When I run debug it will fail to build and says that I may
lack a reference to the control.  I know it works because when I run on my
IIS the page works fine and I did have it working for a short while one time
in debug until I made a change to the code.  I have tried to duplicate the
method I used to get it working but I haven't been successful.

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it but the Webcontrol uses an
assembly and another webcontrol.

Any help would be appreciated.
