FormView sample that includes edit/delete?

Hi;

The quickstart samples show using the FormView to display a record. And it
sort-of has edit for the photo one, but that brings up another page and that
page's source is not listed.

Is there a way to have it show all fields and then on the same page kick
into edit mode? Or if that won't work, just have it always be in edit mode
when brought up?

Hi Dave,

Thanks for posting!

For the current issue, I'm not very clear which specific sample you
mentioned in the tutorial. Could you please give me some links about this?
Thanks for your understanding!

Hi;

I installed the Quick Starts on my system and that put them at
http://localhost/QuickStartv20/aspnet/doc/ctrlref/data/detailsview.aspx on my
computer.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for your reply!

I wonder which field you want to get. If you mentioned the page is the one
contains the photo, I think when you can change the "Edit Caption" button
to the "Edit" button and combine more data field for the current page.

Thanks for your understanding!
