I am trying to set up a web application using asp.net 1.1 and I am getting a
403.1 error when trying to execute my index.aspx page. Currently all this
page does is does a response.write to the screen and nothing else. I have
set up security rights for aspnet user, as well as IWAM and IUSR but I am
still getting this error. Currently in the process of rebooting the machine
to see if that clears it up, but I don't think that will be the case. Does
anyone have any ideas on what could be causing the 403.1 error. Thanks.
