Can anybody help me to know what is Functional Specification Document?
Any Example? Any Tutorial?

Supposedly, it's a document that says what the objects and methods for a
particular entity must do, how they must re-act and what their boundaries
are. I need to say also that these things mean different things to different
people across different organizations - before somebody jumps me about it.

It is a kind of document which specifies the funcationality of proposed software solition.
Generally it is prepare by teh Bussiness Analyst, who directly approaches to client and prepare the docuemnt as per client nee. Document may refer fuctionality of new system or proposed system.
This docemnt is approved by the Scenior BA and then is refered by the developer for implementing the functional  requirement in the product.
