Hello all,
                In Intranet, i want to make file download without User
Interaction(Dont want the Dialog which ask Open and save) and want to save
that file to a specified location in clients system.

I am not aware of anyway to automatically save files to the client via the
browser wihitout user interaction.  sliently saving files to the client would
create a security vulnerability that hackers could exploit.

If your on an intranet why not have the users access the files from a
network drive?
